October 2023 – March 2024

Trade Up: Export Coaching Program (2023-2024), implemented by Visionest Institutewithin the framework of the EU4Business program with funding from the European Union and the German government. Our team worked on promoting 12 furniture industry companies and related sectors to the UK market, creating individual export business plans for each company.

Export Academy 2023

October 2023 – May 2024

The Export Academy 2023 Program(2023-2024), was developed by Visionest Institute in Ukraine in cooperation with the Office for Entrepreneurship and Export Development (within the Diia.Business project), with funding from ESTDEV Global Marketing Project experts have been the trainers for the nine months program. They developed modules on digital marketing, client search and partnerships, export logistics, and financial management and conducted workshops for over 100 Ukrainian companies supporting them in preparing business plans for entering foreign markets.

Horizon Logistics

April-May 2024

Horizon Logistics (April-May 2024), a training and consulting program by Visionest Institute (Estonia) within EU4Business program with funding from the European Union and the German government. It was designed for 30 SMEs across 6 areas: general cargo transportation, e-commerce, special conditions, dangerous goods, cold supply chain, and fully automated logistics to increase competitiveness in EU markets. Global Marketing Project co-owner Larysa Melnychuk was a trainer and consultant for 8 companies in this program, supporting companies in improving logistic chains and services, managing logistic risks and challenges, developing individual logistics plans, and searching for new partners.

Ukrainian HoReCa Exportwave

May – July 2024

Ukrainian HoReCa Exportwave Program (May – July 2024), implemented by the Ukrainian Export Alliance with financial support from the USAID Competitive Economy of Ukraine Program. Our team researched the specifics and prospects of the European HoReCa sector for Ukrainian exporters of both food and non-food products. We also consulted and supported six furniture and textile manufacturers in entering selected European target markets.

Ukraine Rebuilding Task Force

October 2023 – June 2024

Ukraine Rebuilding Task Force (October 2023 – June 2024), a program Visionest Institute Estonia and Ukraine’s Diia.Business in cooperation with the Ukrainian Business and Export Promotion Officeas part of the Ukrainian national project Diia.Business. Company co-owner Olga Gurtova mentored five Ukrainian companies as a digital advisor. The program aimed to assist Ukrainian SMEs in becoming globally competitive. Mentors provided personalized consultations on digital transformation, marketing, and strategic planning.

Empowering Women Entrepreneurship 

2023 and 2024

Empowering Women Entrepreneurship Program 2023 and 2024. Olga Gurtova, co-owner of Global Marketing Project, served as a digital mentor in the Women’s Entrepreneurship Empowerment Program, a joint initiative of the Estonian Refugee Council in Ukraine and Garage48, supported by OCHA and USAID. She provided over 100 program participants with personalized consultations on building their online presence, marketing, and customer acquisition strategies in the Ukrainian market.

Program AGROw UP

June-August 2024

AGROw UP program  (2024) by the NGO „Bukovynian Agency for Regional Development” was implemented within the framework of the program „EU4Business: SME Recovery, Competitiveness and Internationalization,” co-funded by the European Union and the German government, and executed by GIZ.The AGROw UP program aimed to support Ukrainian farmers and agribusinesses interested in developing agro-processing. The program included educational webinars and consultations on business planning, marketing, and other aspects of business management. Our team prepared and conducted a webinar on „How to find your foreign market and get ready for it?” and consulted with 3 companies on developing a step-by-step action plan for promotion on the Ukrainian and international markets.

„Digital Marketing” course at the Swedish-Ukrainian

2023-2025
IT school Beetroot Academy (2023-2025). As part of this project, company co-owner Olga Gurtova teaches a 4-month „Digital Marketing” course (5 groups of 15 people have been trained, and 2 groups are currently in training). This is a comprehensive digital marketing course for entrepreneurs and beginner marketers, covering all key aspects from website creation and search engine optimization to using paid advertising, content marketing, and data analysis.

April – July 2024

Berry and Nut Sector Value Chain Analysis in Ukraine, focusing on quality compliance(April – July 2024), a market study, carried out within the framework of the Export Booster Project of the Support Ukraine Reforms Fund commissioned by UNIDO. Company co-owner Olena Poperechna was responsible for identifying priority export products in the berry sector, as well as analyzing challenges and recommendations for strengthening berry sector SMEs as part of the study.

Export Academy 2024, a program developed by Visionest Institute in Ukraine in cooperation with the Office for Entrepreneurship and Export Development(within the Diia.Business project), with funding from ESTDEVCompany co-founders Larysa Melnychuk and Olga Gurtova developed and  conducted modules on export brand creation and promotion, B2C sales, B2B partner search, online sales, and logistics, risk, and financial management in export for over 350 Ukrainian SMEs.
FBA (Furniture Business Academy) Special Course: Enterprise 360° (2024)

FBA (Furniture Business Academy) Special Course: Enterprise 360° (2024), an entrepreneurship culture development course by Diia.Osvita and Diia.Business with the support of UNDP, aimed at improving knowledge for startup entrepreneurs and potential entrepreneurs from vulnerable groups. Company co-owner Olga Gurtova developed materials and recorded educational videos for the „Export” module.

European Market Export Opportunities Study 

2024

for Georgian Clothing, Leather Footwear and Accessories, and Jewelry Manufacturers (2024) by Visionest Institute.  Our company’s co-founders participated in a research team: 
    • analysing Austrian market (prospective product categories, routes to market and potential partners search);
    • identifying European exhibitions of clothing, footwear, accessories and jewellery;
    • optimising delivery approaches for the supply of goods from Georgia to European countries, depending on the type and volume of products, export model, etc.
Born Global Ukraine

2024-2025

Born Global Ukraine (2024 – 2025), an innovative educational program by Visionest Institute (Estonia), the Office for Entrepreneurship and Export Development, and Diia.Business. This program is designed for those looking to build a business from scratch and rapidly expand it into global markets. Olga Hurtova, the company’s co-founder, served as a program trainer and participated in 5 hackathons and team training sessions. She also developed the module „Effective Networking and Sales Skills,” which covered topics such as presentations, searching for, and managing international contacts.
The Youth Accelerator Step In Export

April-August 2025

The Youth Accelerator Step In Export (April-August 2025) was implemented by Unite Ukraine in partnership with the Entrepreneurship and Export Promotion Office and Diia.Business, with the support of the Ukraine-Moldova American Enterprise Fund. Step In Export is an intensive program for young professionals (over 60 participants) aspiring to build careers in international trade. It focuses on developing essential competencies and gaining practical experience in the export sector. 3 co-founders of Global Marketing Project joined the program as trainers and participated in developing materials for three program modules, conducting relevant workshops, and providing feedback sessions on the following topics:
  • Introduction to Foreign Economic Activity and Export
  • Legal Foundations and Documentation in Foreign Economic Activity
  • Logistics, Supply, and Risk Management
Olga Hurtova also served as the program’s lead mentor and methodologist.
